Incont
How much time a day do you spend/waste worrying about your bladder and continence? Today I noticed how much I was aware of my bladder, and concerned about when to void to avoid accidents and leaks. Almost to a distracting level. It's enough to make part of me want to give in and just wear diapers all the time, though I still avoid that due to the cost and the principal of not giving up on my continence before I have to.
Slomo
I used to spend a lot more time worrying about my voiding. From pausing to deal with the painful urges, to the extra time needed to push and strain just to go. At its worst, I actually had an alarm set so I could try and go to the bathroom every single hour. Now though, I usually don't even worry about it unless I get the rare leak. And changing each diaper takes less than a minute. Much less time than what I used to spend trying to use the bathroom. Not to mention the lesser frequency of changing just 2 or 3 times a day. So for me, diapers have been much less of a distraction.

david49
I understand your stress and worry, I've been there. In my personal case, I was always worried and psychologically tired, I hardly left the house anymore. I had no more positive improvement and I admit I lost the motivation to fight. I could no longer do anything without wearing protection. After a long period of adaptation, my daily life has evolved, I wear diapers day and night now, but I manage to have much more leisure time than before. I'm not saying it's a solution but my mind is much lighter now.
