Its annoying more than anything, rarely does a leak happen bad enough thats i need to change clothing . but it always means needing to change sometimes in not the best of places

i dont really care if people can hear something. i do wear a cover or boxer briefs over my diapers. but no one has ever said anything to me about hearing them

Weekly trash pick up here with one big bin .. they dont care if the lid closes here and we have not had issues with with not fitting . but just glad im the only one in diapers in the house

I absolutely believe they can be linked. the more stress the worse it can be. not in every case im sure but for the most part yes it is

Incontinence the normal in my life so for me i see this as focusing on the positives and not dwelling on the negatives. Positives is that i dont stress about having an accident and wetting my pants or bed cause im managing my incontinence well Negatives, the cost is annoying but not that bad really

i dont talk about it with most people, if it comes up i don't deny it but really it just dosent come up .. my family knows and some close friends.

i wear loose shorts and tank tops .. also really try to stay hydrated even if that means having to change more

i buy online .. its cheaper for what i wear and delivered to my door .. i do have a local diaper store here in denver that i can buy samples from

i have had a lot of MRIs and CT scans and would never go without a diaper on .. there job is hard enough without cleaning up after me

i do agree that wetness indicators are not really needed, yeah the elastic waist band are not that strong but i get a better fit with them

i have been asked why i was wearing a diaper but have never had someone shocked that i was. last time i switched clinics and doctors it wasn't even on the med history form

im in Denver CO.lived all over but loving it up here

one tip i havent seen here .. i have a roll of white duct tape handy if one of my tapes rips

i use a waterproof mattress pad that also is heated .. and i sleep on a bed pad

And this is what is great about the diaper market now .. we all have different bodys and its great that we have a selection now, what works for some might not for others

i think its a case by case thing .. and a balance if quality of life and the amount of stress trying to stay dry gets you, not that i discourage anyone who its tring .. i try to control my bowel as much as i can.

just started with a new PCP and we talked about it once and havent since .. im managing it and it dosent impact my other medical issues

Count me in on the no lading zoners for the reasons given above .. they leak on me so much more when the diaper is not that wet

i think we all work up a lot of anxiety about how others will react or judge us making it a much bigger deal in our heads. for me its a fear of being made fun of as a kid still in diapers or still wetting the bed. that did happen a few times but i worried about it all the time. Getting over that can be hard but. at this point in my life i really dont care what others think of how i manage my incon. and dont feel any need to tell people that normally wouldn't see me in my underwear

Last time i was in hospital the nurse told me that they are told to call them absorbent briefs not diapers.

Im fighting for disability right now, but i did work at fedex for 15 years .. i would carry a change in my lunch bag and change in a lockable restroom.

with just bedwetting there is the idea that if you can stay dry during the day you should be able to stay dry at night .. now those of us that have never been dry at night know this is just not true but i do think most of us were told we would grow out of it

Hi everyone Im Scarth, been dealing in Incontinence in some degree all my life. i lost the control i did have over 20 years ago after a small stroke. im happy the stoke waent worse and manage my incontinence with diapers

mostly i call them diaper covers ....
