  1. I won't say it was clean, because it wasn't but I woke up this morning a2 A.M and I didn't stink, which has I don't know why it's such a big deal, the night before I barely had anything to eat (I burned my dinner, which may contribute to it) but yeah, it was so nice to spend a bit more time in bed, not immediately have to get up and change.
  2. the NAFC has one. you could try posting their. I don't know of any others though but also wish I did. not that there's much wrong with this one, but nice to have alternative sites in case it goes down or something
  3. so, I have them all the time anyway (sometimes I think I smell a lot worse with my diaper off, than it on) in the mornings though, usually between breakfast and 12:00, it's like I've got a bad stomach ache- twice as worse as usual when it comes to changing. it usually clears up by itself, by the time I get to my next diaper change (2 or 3 PM), it's normal- or at least normal for me. I'm just wondering why the bad stomach in the morning. could it be that I've not eaten all night and it's taking a toll on my body? yesterday I had it so bad after breakfast I was actually embarrassed/ scared to clean it
  4. so, a funeral of a close friend is coming up. I am unable to attend (completely different parts of the country) I am wondering this how normal/ acceptable is it to write a eulogy, and then ask someone who will be there on the day to read it on my behalf? to be honest, in my head it sounds stupid- but I bet it happens all the time. people can't attend funerals for what ever reason and others read on their behalf thoughts?
  5. I hope you all have a lovely Christmas, what ever you are doing A clean one, as well. I can't wait to hear all about it (what you all got up to, I mean). I may do a thread in the new year (or someone else can) where we can all share what gifts we got etc
  6. that we don't smell we don't go in our diapers and think that's it, I'm just gonna smell the rest of the day, we do change our diapers, shower, use self care products, make an effort like everyone else. it's just harder for us
  7. Thanks for posting this timely reminder. I am slightly embarrassed to admit that I have spent so long focussed on my decorations being perfect, and my Christmas plans, that I've not ordered any- and, even worse, I've been getting through diapers like wildfire. I should fix this, right away. It's still only the 30th November, so I should be okay. I'll also probably get a lot for Christmas though. I did last year, apparently when people meet me, all they remember about me is that I smell. I used to think it was the easy way out and they were just buying them because they'd knew I'd use them, but it actually helps to have people buy me some too- even though I really do wish people would sometimes think about other gifts that I may enjoy. A book, A new cd or something.. Maybe even one of those experiences you can get- baloon ride or something. I would love to do that (says the woman who is absolutely scared of heights)
  8. was with someone and I had to go to the toilet and she thought it was absolutely disgusting told me that if I didn't use the toilet like everyone else then I am the smelliest dirtiest person alive I'm glad she didn't actually see what was in the diaper, she'd have had a fit anyone else had an experience like this? like an extreme reaction to your condition
  9. I am glad you can see some advantages to it. honestly, once you've realised how helpful it is, or can be, then it becomes easier to cope with. I remember how long it took me to get to school every day, and it helped that the driver didn't keep having to stop at the service stations for me to get out and use the toilet.
  10. he was, as well as doing stuff for the tourist industry
  11. A little off topic, I know- but wanted to say rest in peace jimmy buffet you've truly earned your place in margaritaville.. what a great guy. he'll be missed by a lot of people
  12. I am a really light sleeper. my diaper crackles and I'm awake. I really need more sleep, but don't get much... more than an hour a night is what I'd consider a miracle
  13. fully accepting of it. sometimes, if I'm having a particularly bad day (or I need a change in the middle of something really important), it can be really frustrating- we've all been there, but I know that without a diaper on, I'm basically a walking mess
  14. I'm pretty sure i read something about it from one of my various news sites not really a fan of hers (I mean some songs are okay), but good for the fans
  15. last time it happened to me, I think a patient was more concerned more than the doctors were. she kept saying to them are you not going to help her?. she needs new clothes eventually I was taken in to a sideroom and the doctors like oh no.. don't do this to me when he saw how badly I'd gone in my diaper. for the duration of my stay I had to use the staff bathrooms to change- but when it was bad it would drive the staff mad
