Hi. I am fully urinary incontinent and sometimes bowel issues due to severe constipation so have to wear 24/7 and wear rears mega line (to save costs and changes during day. I tend to have this issue from time to time on my outer right thigh under side of diaper Any issues why and how to treat? (I will ask my urinary clinic nurse next time she changes my IDC) but wanted people who wear opinion I am in Australia barrier wipes and crème doesn’t work Thank you

I sit to change I do occassionally suffer with bowels I am planing to leave it in support workers car if we going shopping etc but long days eg public transport or a large distance from car eg expos etc is when I will take bag with me Thanks

Well My Nurse Practitioner suggested I get a backpack big enough for my Diaper bag as I had to have a new assessment done I needed to sort out all the plastic-backed samples as Australia is no longer getting Bambino as well as I had to resort to using an added overnight booster (Distributer stopped with Bambino due to quality). Sorry 2 questions How long did it take people to learn how much volume they leaked over a certain period and circumstances as I am struggling to figure this out. I had a meeting with my RN, who is doing my continence assessment and helping me find the correct products (as I have sourced most, if not all, the appropriate plastic-backed products I could in Australia). I started living with a full-time Indeweller Catheter in April this year as my Urologist trialled Bladder Botox, which caused near retention I (had retention and overflow incontinence since injury when I had to start wearing Pullups then Nappies when things progressed), but the Botox made it worse. Since then, I have been having issues days after I sexually relieve myself (I am a single male), which has left me internally raw for days to the point my Urology nurse has noticed I am raw and commented. I have never learnt much about relieving oneself from anyone, but now it gets painful for days after relief. Do you have any suggestions on where to look for advice (I have no idea)? My urologist specialist has ruled out SPC, and due to my Autism and essential tremors, I can not self-cath, so full-time IDC, open valve (issues with it closed as well as problems with leg bags)draining into nappies as my nerve to the bladder muscle has been damaged my Urologist has stated. Sorry if it's inappropriate not sure where else to ask as I am isolated

Hi all Well, my distributor in Australia (littlesdownunder/downundercare, I can only guess, some issue from Bambino and shipping to Australia, but I don't know) for Bambino has stopped supplying Bambino diapers (only plastic I have used). He is out of the Ultra stretch, Magnifico, and Bloomz in Large and won't be getting any more. I have narrowed it down to the following samples and am wondering how noticeable they are under clothes as well as capacity (As I need to be thoughtful as paid by the government due to medical incontinence), so I maximise dollar per nappy and prefer less environmental waste as well as fewer diaper changes as well as not having to buy additional boosters. Hi all I have only used Bambino Ultra stretch types (which are plastic-backed and hook-and-loop)/Velcro and have never used the tape type before. Unfortunately, Derek from littlesdownunder/downundercare is no longer going to distribute Bambino and has no Ultra stretch large/XL left and won't be getting any more and was the only distributor, so I need to find a new one. How hard are tape-type plastic diapers? I have never used them before, and I most likely have to change the tape type as I have a limited range of plastic-backed as well, and I am medically allergic to cloth-backed according to my documentation from Urology. My issues is sever retention (til leakage AND/or UTI)to the point I need an ICD Foley to force my bladder to empty and cant sell cath due to physical and other disabilities so I have one openly leaking into diaper under urology supervision with high concentrated daily Cranberry supplement

I don't enjoy them but medical need. If I woke up tomorrow with full functional bladder I would need retraining (due to anxiety) to stop wearing them if this makes sense. As well as I am mainly stuck with ABDL diapers due to not many suppliers with plan white if any as well.

Thanks for that Over on ADISC Forums. I posted the same thing under Incontinence and had to answer why I posted in the Incontinence Forum as well as other places accused me of ABDLness (wanting to become incontinent, which has never been the case it was the guilt or confusion of not being 100% urinary incontinent it comes with Autism style of thinking is black or white (psych talk) which has changed the last 10 years as in all areas of my life I starting to see grey) Unfortunately, starting, I considered myself 100% incontinent (rather ABDL) back in 2009 until recently, now 80+% incontinent and the remaining maybe DL (I guess acceptance of my incontinence) as up to just a couple of years ago hated myself and disabilities to the point of depression and until recently until I had the right supports (still working on supports) attempts of s********* which were a yearly in secret since the age of 8 or 9. I wished I could have accepted sooner or been able to embrace the ABDL lifestyle privately but cant as that would have helped I guess the enjoyment etc only part is that I am comfortable with good quality ABDL diapers as long as not too bulky as I now need absorbency. The following was my defensive reply. I don't consider myself to have either an AB or DL fetish. I am wondering if it's ok to like cute things and if and how I come across as AB or DL with my posts, as I have been accused of if this makes sense as I have issues articulating due to my isolation and disabilities. Regarding my Asperger's (DSM 4)/ Autism level 2 (under DSM 5), I am starting to receive help with my sensory issues as well as accept my sensory needs still exceptionally early on as I had to repress everything, growing to the point I would be physically abused if I did anything stimulating and looking like a "retard"(squinting, rocking etc.) by parents as well as still learning no Sensory Profile done yet. Etc as now starting to use my funded mobility aids (spinal issues) as well as requesting help with personal care, showering, etc as I am a huge fall risk as well as quite painful to bend to shower, even to the point I wore Cloth Backed pull-ups for years 2009- 2019 until I was forced to use taped nappies as the continence nurse did a continence report for government 1st one I ever had due to the slippage due to my body shape (my hips or thigh one being bigger than the other so wouldn't stay up) damaging my skin I was so resistant to taped due to stigma of being for babies etc. Then (2019 - 2023) I had another assessment and was told the highest abena cloth backed diaper was also damaging and I reluctenly asked the continence nurse Bambino Ultra stretch (pure white) would be helpful as they were plastic and she agreed to trial samples (without her assistance regarding my reluctance babish I would still be in damaging cloth backed diapers that were sub optimal) then I had to go to the printed style due to supply issues with the only distributer in Australia so now I don't care if printed or pure white but I prefer not the boring pure white (I still get embarrassed) to the point my specialists say well adults wear different colored underwear why cant you. Now I have to find a non Bambino plastic back as the Australian Distributer refuses to order more Bambino and he is reluctant regarding Tykables until he knows what President Trump does with Tarriffs and how that would work out. I have enough Bambinos til March as well as needed day and night Boosters (but might have to change to Night boosters during day as I brought his remaining day stock,

No longer able to get any more Bambinos in Australia, nor maybe Tykables as the Distributer has stopped the Bambino Brand (he got his last 2 cartons of 40 diapers each carton), and he is seeing what President Trump does regarding at least Tykables.
