I have seen call my diapers Briefs and sometimes it feels like they are trying to hide the reality that they are diapers.

In my experience, I have had nurses and doctors made good comments to me about my diapers and how cute they look on me. They often ask me where I get them and I even leave copies of stuff from Northshore to show other patients that their are far better diapers than store brand ones. All the medical staff that take care of me know I wear diapers and prefer diapers over pull ups.

That's why Store brought diapers are pure crap. It's why I would never use store diapers because I would leak for flood them As for shipping them to places other than home. I know Fedex and UPS have their own ship centers and even Fedex office allows you to ship items to a nearest Fedex office to pick up your diapers.

That's why for me, I look for a diaper that can last a full day. Even with a booster, it can last me for until the next morning. It's why I tend to prefer ABDL diapers over plain, cheap ones.

Well for me, I always boost my Northshore Megamax diapers because I always want to make sure I get a full day's use of the diaper. I wear Northshore Megamax diapers with 4 boosters to make sure I can last for the whole day. In many instances, I have had tapes pop off before reaching capacity and that maybe to do improper taping or maxing out the diaper.

It works for me being incontinent and many times I prefer changing my diaper on the floor, bed or diaper changing table because I get a better seal and I won't leak as much.

That's how I look at being thrown back into diapers. Diapers doesn't end my social life it enhances it and even helps me live an active social life without the worry of having ti use the potty because I know I'm never gona use the potty anytime soon due to my Incontinence. On top of that I don't think people and society should ever shame someone for wearing a diaper. Diapers are medical tools to help people have a normal life.

You can't be too overly prepared for any accidents. Accidents do happen and being overly prepared for them will save you in the long run.

Here's an example of using a portable diaper changing pad.

For me, I always have two kinds of diaper bags with me. One is my regular diaper bag that comes with 4 diapers, wipes, 4 boosters and spare clothes for when I get soaked really badly. I also have a portable diaper changing bag with me. It has a wipe, diaper and a booster. The portable diaper changing pad is the one that infants have but use them because it's very discreet and know one knows that I have an adult diaper in them.

For me, I am urge and urinary incontinence. It has developed over time since I was 21 yrs old and now in my 40's with stress of life, it has gotten worse over time. It has gotten to the point where I can't make it to the bathroom and now I am put back into diapers. So now I am kept in diapers and live a normal life.

Mine is heavy because I have urinary incontinence and I sometimes have bowel issues as well.
