Male masturbation with foley/ indwelling catheter?

I started living with a full-time Indeweller Catheter in April this year as my Urologist trialled Bladder Botox, which caused near retention I (had retention and overflow incontinence since injury when I had to start wearing Pullups then Nappies when things progressed), but the Botox made it worse.
Since then, I have been having issues days after I sexually relieve myself (I am a single male), which has left me internally raw for days to the point my Urology nurse has noticed I am raw and commented.
I have never learnt much about relieving oneself from anyone, but now it gets painful for days after relief.
Do you have any suggestions on where to look for advice (I have no idea)?
My urologist specialist has ruled out SPC, and due to my Autism and essential tremors, I can not self-cath, so full-time IDC, open valve (issues with it closed as well as problems with leg bags)draining into nappies as my nerve to the bladder muscle has been damaged my Urologist has stated.
Sorry if it's inappropriate not sure where else to ask as I am isolated

I was once in your same situation. Also with Botox, which made my retention much worse, and required indwelling catheters for a few months till it wore off. At first my pee drained into a bag, but I also wore diapers as I sometimes leaked past the catheter too. Eventually just letting my catheter openly drain directly into my diaper. And I too noticed I would get red and raw around the tip of my penis, with or without mastrubation. (FYI, all guys will normally experience size changes throughout the day, and were usually not even fully aware of it). It turns out my diaper was drying out the catheter when my penis was small, then when I'd get a size increase the skin would stick and rub against the catheter.

I mentioned this to my urologist and he recommended applying a small amount of lubricant to the catheter at the tip of my penis. Doing so several times a day, or generally as needed to eliminate the friction rubbing. I found water based lubes didn't last long, and that petroleum jelly really works best. Eventually I ended carrying around some lubricated chap stick with me whenever I went out somewhere. If I needed to reapply some lubricant I could pop in to a restroom and use the chapstick. It worked great when "in a pinch".

And yeah, applying extra lubricant before mastrubating made the experience much more enjoyable. Though I'll also add some advice my urologist told me. You need to make sure there is ample room in your urethra for your ejaculation fluid to flow past the catheter. So for example, if you could accommodate a size 20FR catheter, using a size 16FR catheter will leave enough space for accommodating the fluid. But using a 20FR catheter would not. And when you ejaculate, that added fluid will stretch your urethra, and potentially cause tears too. So talk to your urologist and make sure you're not using too big of a catheter. Use enough lube, enough times each day too, and you should be ok.

How do I add more lubricant inside the penis?

Also I have no issues of drying out
Sorry if using incorrect terminology as never had any "trauma" issues doing the "deed" before except rubbing skin raw now its internal issues sorry

You wouldn't really be adding the lube inside the penis. While you are small, add it to the catheter, near or at the tip of your penis. Then when you get a normal size increase, the catheter will be lubricated at that part which would now be inside your urethra.

It won't even be lubricated more than an inch inside you, but I found even that little bit made all the difference to prevent the catheter from causing any irritation at the internal part of your urethra. Alternatively, you can sort of push down on the tip of your penis to expose just a little more of the catheter (just don'tpush so much it will hurt). Apply the lube right there on the now exposed part of the catheter, then let go of your penis again.

And sorry, I didn't mean the catheter was getting completely dried out. Only dry enough at the tip, where it would start rubbing just enough to cause that irritation and redness.
