Greetings everyone!
 

I am an average mid-20’s girl who lives in the Midwest and has a decent office job. I like to draw, travel, play Pokémon, and do yoga/weightlifting. I grew up very active so I have tried my best to keep things that way. But I was recently diagnosed with a chronic illness which has side effects including fatigue, OAB, IBS, and worsening incontinence (among a few other side effects).
 

So this is my hope of meeting some individuals who are going through similar continence issues and seeing how everyone copes with their incontinence. Cheers!
