No
But I have to admit threads like this do set off alarm bells.
I've seen enough online spaces for incontinent people get bombarded by diaper fetishists clearly using incontinence as an excuse to talk about diapers, not saying you're doing that here but it would be nice for there to be at least one space for incontinent people with useful discussions and advice that revolve around more than how much people love wearing diapers.

I don’t see a problem with it but I prefer to use the baby change myself
I do my changes lying down and baby changes usually have a changing bench and changing pad I can lie down on where as I'd have to lie down on the dirty floor in a disabled toilet.
And just to clarify I don't use the baby changes with plastic fold down tables, I only use baby changes with a solid changing bench like this one pictured
Another option is Changing Places
https://www.changing-places.org/
They have adult sized changing benches and are essentially a more advanced disabled toilet with hoists and stuff, although I personally always find those places depressing so I prefer to stick with the baby change.

You mean you wake up needing the toilet or do you wake up already peeing/pooping?

Do you use the toilet before bed? that might help, try and get out all the pee and poop before putting on a clean diaper ready for bed.

They're already becoming more of a thing here in the UK thanks to an organization called Changing Places: we have several already in my city and a new one being built in my local town.

I've never heard any complaints about the scheme so I don't see why society would mind as long as it doesn't intrude or step on any ones toes,
