  1. I have had a few diaper pails over the years. Most recently a decor one for adult sized briefs. Assuming at least one soiled brief per day, the can really stinks up after just a few days. The bags inside are clear so that it is obvious what is inside. The can smelled so bad after a while, I had to throw it away. Now I seal each brief or two in a bag and then put those in a black trash bag. I take the waste out every two days. Wet briefs are sometimes just mixed with regular trash. The underpads partly obscure the used briefs. I wonder if I should get a ubbi steel can. Any ideas?
  2. I do both approaches. I have megamax thick briefs for overnight or many hours which I can wear until a bm. These briefs are expensive and bulky so it's really important to use them fully even if they are heavy. And then there are my molicares and wellness superios which can be worn for 4-6 hours or until a bm. They are cheaper, thinnner and more comfortable. They are worn for working out or biking or working. Either way, I wear a waterproof opaque over with leg elastics with a onesie or singlet on top for support and to hide the brief. I am often dehydrated and have to make a point of drinking more water.
  3. This is the cover I wear to conceal noise and odor. These are the gary active briefs. I have these in different colors as well as a bunch of other adaptive clothing.
  4. I agree that it is the ultimate taboo. And it is hard to hide esp when you can't change for a while.
