these TotalDry pant-liners are designed to go inside
your regular underwear, but provide the protection of a
pull-up or diaper. I've been looking for a replacement
for my old "beltless undergarments" that have been
discontinued by most manufacturers, and Secure suggest
this new U-shaped pad and sent me a sample pack of them.
Just over a foot long, these pads fit snuggly in my
underwear, and can be positioned for either men or
women. It's a quality thick pad, yet contoured to
provide discreet protection. And they are very
comfortable to wear! Except for a slight sense of bulk
where I need it most, these pads disappeared from my
consciousness rather quickly, and are entirely
unnoticeable under my normal clothes. It's great to have
the protection i need hidden inside my own comfortable
underwear as opposed to a scratchy pull-up or bulky
diaper.
