If you are a side sleeper don't bother. They have cloth sides and will wick through to your clothes and bedding.

Have to agree with that. The Prevail PMs are more an AM product.

Thanks guys. I figured they weren't very good as most Prevail products aren't that great, but first I'd seen the PM style and thought I'd ask :)

save your money. prevail diapers are garbage. B)

I would have to agree, I get Prevail Per-Fit diapers through my medicaid. They are NOT a quality diaper. I wear them around the house, but would not be caught dead in them out in public. I occasionally have full voids, and have trouble stopping the stream once it has started, so usually it ends up being a full void if I don't want urine ending up on the floor. Depends do better for me, if that says anything...:D

Prevail used to make great full-mat briefs... but they have gone cheaper and cheaper the last couple of years. Can no longer recommend them.
